Initiate annual traffic targets and channel plan based on market analysis
Manage performance marketing budget and ROI by working closely with Alimama and other vendors
Lead service vendor to deliver traffic target in charge of overall online channels
Continuously drive targeted marketing performance with latest data tools
Be responsible for new customer acquiring and driving customer repurchase rate in coordination with marketing team

5 years' or above experience managing Ecommerce traffic with in-depth understanding of platform traffic channels
3 years' or above hands on experience in performance marketing with proven record
Professional planning and analysitcal skills with excellent insight of retail market
Strong commercial sense and data driven mind-set
Good vendor management and project management skill to ensure delivery achievements
