What you will do：

• Execute verification of daily data transfer between systems
• Monitor KPI, SLA of TP’s warehouse and customer service team
• Asist O2O operation including material replenishment & stock synchronization setup and oversell order monitoring
• Coordinate shooting and CS team training sample
• Coordinate payment process
• Improve packaging solution and customer service solution

Here is what you'll need：

• Knowhow of ecommerce operation
• Strong sense of business acumen and excellent communication skills
• Highly efficient in managing time and result
• Sensitive to data and highly logical in reports
• Fluent in Mandarin and English is a plus
