Job Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and high-quality instruction aligned with the school’s curriculum.Implement and uphold high teaching standards, continuously reflecting and improving.Provide personalized support to students, encouraging diverse learning approaches.Develop clear instructional objectives, utilizing a range of teaching materials.Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods accordingly.Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to enhance the educational experience.Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Principal or Head of Department.
Requirements:
Master’s degree or above (preferred in a related subject).Valid Teaching Qualification (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA preferred for English-related roles).Clear criminal background check.Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting (4 years for Economics).Qualified teaching status preferred.
