Henan University of Economics and Law is seeking for an Economics & Finance lecturer for immediate or Feb,2023 start.

We are looking for a committed lecturer to complement our qualified workforce of educators. You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the university’s requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping teachers develop their academic skills and knowledge of foreign education system and methods.

The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust. They will know how to organize a class and make learning an easy and meaningful process.

Responsibilities

• Design, preparation and development of courses and study materials in various subjects in Economics and finance.

• Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning.

• Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback

• Collaborate with other teachers and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings

• Provide academic training sessions / workshops for teachers from local universities.

• Maximum 9 (2 hours) classes per week

Courses to be taught :One or more of the follows:

1.Organizational Behavior

2.Management

3.Consumer Behavior

4. Marketing

5. Supply Chain Management

6. Microeconomics

8. Corporate and Business Law

Salary : 18,000RMB -20,000 Rmb per month based on qualification.

Workload: 16 or 18 hours a week - no office hours – Mon-Fri, weekends off

Requirements for qualification:

• Native speaker of English

• Doctorate or master degree in economics or business

• Proven experience as a university lecturer

• Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills

• Strong moral values and discipline
