Market Sizing and Forecasting is a group within Microprocessor Marketing and Business Planning (MMBP) in the Business Management Group (BMG). It works closely with other MMBP and BMG groups, as well as other Intel research groups, to develop a deep understanding of market trends and to formulate forecasts in support of the greater Sales and Marketing organization, Finance, Manufacturing, platform groups, new business initiatives, and overall corporate strategy.
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop a deep understanding of Latin American region (LAR) market trends and economics and applying models to forecast units, revenues, and product mix of PCs, servers, and other ICT devices (Information and Communication Technologies).
- Develop and maintain a high quality database using industry, economic, and company data.
- Work with stakeholders to dive action based upon the forecasts. Stakeholders include Sales and Marketing Group (SMG), Microprocessor Marketing and Business Planning (MMBP), Technology Manufacturing Group (TMG) and Product Divisions.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields OR equivalent related experience (4 years) in addition to:
- 2+ years of industry experience.
- 1+ years of Business Analyst experience including:
- Developing, maintaining, monitoring, and improving analytical business models.
- Experience with industry studies that will support a vertical approach to estimating demand.
- Successfully support requests for special studies, and developed presentations for management and for yourself.
- Experience in complex processes such as forecasting, budgeting, or analytical marketing.
- Adept with several software packages like MS office.
- Advanced English level.
