Compensation and Benefits:
1. Monthly Salary: 22,000 - 27,000 RMB (before tax)
2. Paid Summer & Winter Vacation: Full salary during holidays
3. Flight Allowance: Provided
4. Housing Allowance: 6,000 RMB per month
5. Medical Insurance: Covered
6. Holidays: All Chinese public holidays and Christmas holidays provided
7. Insurance and Benefits: All teachers are enrolled in China’s social insurance system and covered by a separate accident insurance plan. A renewal bonus is provided upon contract extension, indicated in the contract as a flight subsidy.
