We are looking for an Education/Area Sales Manager to train all of our new staff and assist the Area Sales Manager.

Your new role

• Assist Area Sales Manager, support and manage daily operations of all store in stores and standalone stores in Hong Kong
• Support Sales Associates by coaching, counselling and providing constructive feedback
• Planning, monitoring and appraising job results, internal schedules for stores
• Communicate within 24 hours of any build related concerns and coordinate with Operations team to organise repair or maintenance
• Manage all operational costs to keep store profitable and inform Senior Management of any pertinent issues (petty cash, daily banking, store supplies)
• Manage stock levels with Store Managers and make key decisions about stock control
• Coordinate inventory delivery with third party warehouse partner
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
• Greet all customers who enter the store with enthusiasm and professionalism reflecting company vision

What you'll need to succeed

• 3 years of management experience in the retail/beauty industry as a manager or a trainer
• Effective leader with a focus on training and development, experienced in training and education
• Effective time management and problem solving skills are essential
• Strong writing skills and record keeping abilities
• Detail oriented and passion for precision work
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Team oriented and a team player
• Strong interest in skincare science
