Job Description:
1.Meet their personal recruitment targets, by converting inquiries into student recruitments and ensuring reception of payment.

2.Deal proactively with candidates (and their guardians) in a courteous and professional manner, via phone, chat, email and face-to-face, while maintaining high level of information accuracy within the IFA Paris recruitment process.

3.Ensure full compliance with recruitment requirements, and handover of students recruited to the Academic Department.

4.Take actively part in internal Sales training and implement best practices.

5.Ensure that each contact in the IFA Paris CRM is fully documented and up-to-date, for reporting and marketing purposes.

6.Provide inputs and participate in Marketing campaigns: Lead nurturing, AdWords, Social media, Online surveys.

7.Attend Recruitment, PR and networking events as requested.

Conditions:
Monthly salary, commissions and bonus. 6 months internship with possibility of being hired at the end.

Requirements:
