Job Description
Job Responsibility:
  • Assist in preparation of marketing materials
  • Expand client list
  • School / Tutorial Centre visit
  • Handle customer inquiries via live chat/email/phone
Job Requirement:
  • F.5 graduates or above
  • Attention to details
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Responsible, self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Knowledge and experience in education centre is an added advantage
  • Candidates with customer service experience in the education sector are preferred. Current students and fresh graduates will also be considered.
