Responsibilities:

- Meet with students and parents to review academic and extracurricular plans
- Manage academic, standardized test, and extracurricular plans for students
- Coach and guide students through the entire college/high school preparation process including selecting colleges, developing essays, and completing all requirements needed to submit the application
- Maintain open and regular line of communication with students and parents
- Expanding market channels in the United States, planning and organizing various marketing activities
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree above from a top 30 college or university in US News
- Passionate about mentoring and coaching students through academic, extracurricular, and personal challenges
- Able to manage multiple parent and student relationships simultaneously
- Adept at managing expectations and counseling families through high pressure situations
- Has a strong grasp of English and writing skills
- Comfortable leading marketing presentations
- Strong self-motivation and logical thinking abilities
