#### Position Description:


Searching for an eLearning developer specialist with skills in Adobe eLearning
suite, Photoshop, Articulate Studio and/or Storyline. Also looking for
experience in graphic and instructional design.

As an e-Learning Developer, focused in multimedia, you will create courses
along with wiki/community pages for technical support engineers using a wide
variety of delivery methods. Content creation ranges from interactive
eLearning to simulator development as well as practical activities to product
demonstration/“how to” videos. Courses will be on enterprise server and
storage hardware along with associated software. The product families
associated within our enterprise segment are ThinkSystem servers, ThinkAgile
appliances under Software-Defined Infrastructure (SDI), storage, networking,
and solutions. To be successful in this role, you must be able to manage
initiatives while developing relationships with peers across functions and
outside of the organization.

Our Data Center Group (DCG) Services Education team primarily consists of
course developers with a background in x86 servers and storage. In addition,
we have instructors, technical writers, learning management system (LMS)
development, and video production. Our focus is on design elements and
delivery methods that transition technical support more towards in-line
training. New products require a course, simulator, and wiki page. The team
has access to systems under development as well as announced hardware and
solutions for education development. We leverage our labs, studios, and
classroom or conference rooms to develop and deliver the training materials we
produce.

• Experience developing interactive e-Learning courses, video-based learning
and any supporting training material in a professional environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a strong working
knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage, implement, drive, and track projects in a deadline driven
environment.
• Works with project managers, subject matter experts, product development,
and vendors.
• Knowledge and experience in enterprise systems.

Technical – Professional Experience
e-Learning & Multimedia Development (Graphic
Design/Photoshop/Dreamweaver/Premier Pro/Articulate Storyline) – at least 5
years of experience
Technical Server and/or Storage Hardware knowledge – at least 2 years
Content Development – at least 5 years of experience
Technical Writing – at least 3 years of experience
Project Management Skills – basic knowledge

Language
Fluent in English (written and oral)
