職務說明

• In charge of hair professional brand.
• Responsible for brand education plan for Distributors and direct team education support.
• Collaborative working with distributors and marketing to develop annual education planning on brands' education, trend seminars, events, in-salon training and support business penetration and growth.
• Periodic monitoring of market trends and competitors landscape to assess the need for business.
• Advancement and implementation of train the trainer program.
• Conduct new product test and develop strong selling points for sales and marketing.
• Measuring effectiveness of education programs.
