The Siemens Healthineers Education and Workforce Solutions organization has overall responsibility for providing technical training for Siemens Imaging at our customer's medical facilities. In this role you will work with end-users to develop a training plan to learn on Siemens Imaging systems and components to provide customer excellence and represent Siemens Healthineers and Clinical Education with professionalism and a focus on delivering a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Review Sales orders for facilities with region and conduct a pre-call to assess customers’ needs • Conduct customer pre-calls and create training plan to align with customer deliverables • Work within CRM tool to provide transparency to internal partners • Maintain data within SAP with pre-call information • Processing change orders and rebooks needed for customers use • Monitor classroom registrations, review contractual obligations, and approve as needed • Verify education allowances and work with customers on delivery • Provide support for Innovation Leads and assistance as needed • Continually review and understand full education portfolio • Provides assistance to Sales partners as needed Skills • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of portfolio deliverables to successfully provide customer proper usage of training options. • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues. Education / Knowledge / Experience • AA Business or Project management certification • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Experienced Imaging or healthcare professional helpful but not required Competencies: • Communication: Oral - S/he is asked to speak at conferences and/or meeting because of excellent oral communication skills. • Communication: Written - S/he is rated as the best or better than most at written communications.
