As an Education Specialist for PET/CT you will be responsible for: · Working closely with colleagues and customers to create new PET/CT training material for topics escalated through the RSC and HSC as well as work on creating and expanding new training offerings for new PET/CT software and product launches. · The definition of a training strategy to start with, considering the current and future changes in learning preferences as well as the digital transformation is an essential part of it. · Also be part of the innovation and be responsible to create something amazing · Understand the nuclear medicine market, customer needs and industry trends · May be asked to participate in new product design reviews, testing and rollout · Collaborate with regional technical support groups as needed · Share knowledge by proposing and publishing knowledge base cases as needed · Share knowledge by publishing or presenting new product clinical applications to peers and internal workshops · Interact and collaborate with other departments as needed, (i.e. Product Management, Engineering, Regulatory, Manufacturing, R&D, etc.) · May be asked to review and comment on documents and procedures · Maintain competency and seek enhancements to provide proficient support for all Siemens PET/CT products · Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create customer training material · Decide which training material would be best to use and create content accordingly (job aids, web-based trainings, webinars, online course, in person course, etc) pushing the digital transformation within the company · Create sellable training concepts to increase EDU revenue for MI · E.g. collaborate with customers and colleagues to create clinical MI webinars or workshops (virtual or in person) · Set up, plan and execute those course offerings on a global base · You report to the head of Education Services for Molecular Imaging for the continual implementation of services and technologies that support the above priorities This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers · You have a wide and in-depth understanding of clinical and workflow processes, especially customer education and training best-practices · Ideally you have experience in project or product management including service engineering processes (development of new service portfolio elements) · You have a very good command of English; other languages are an advantage · Exceptional communication skills are required, together with presenter/trainer skills, including sales presentation skills · Passion, dedication and creativity to support our customers · A self-starter who is results driven and customer focused · Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, always on the lookout for better · Excellent interpersonal and communications capabilities · Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems with a strong outcome orientation · Leverage unique clinical expertise to create materials that demonstrate how Siemens’ innovations provide real-world solutions to meet our customer’s greatest needs Required skills to have for the success of this role · 8+ years clinical and technical experience with PET/CT imaging · CNMT certification or ARRT(N) registered; Licensed; CT certification a plus · Hybrid imaging experience preferred · Location: Hoffman Estates, Knoxville and/or remote · Travel time: 10-20% At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
