职位描述

Position Purpose

Educational Grant Manager will take the role of medical reviewer for China EG / Corp. Sponsorship/oversea meeting, in order to control and manage external funding risk through effective models and procedure. He/she will Work closely with Internal control / Legal / corporate compliance team and other internal team in order to improve efficient pre-approval process and development corporate risk strategy. He/ She also will responsibility to manage internal grants application process and platform, provide regular report to Medical Affair Team.

Primary Responsibilities

Provider of Expertise on FCPA and other related corporate policy

1) Well understand the relevant polices on FCPA, including FCPA, RDPAC code, GPIHP and MAPP

also ensure to implementation requested medical review, adjustments and providing medical comments.

2) Assess education grant resource investment and supporting decision of internal stakeholders.

3) Following the trends and change on CME regulation in China, actively engage with external experts and key stakeholders involved in the field, and use that knowledge in on-going assessment and improvement of our external funding strategies.

4) Seek out partnership opportunities with medical Association /NGO/government involved in CME in order to improve HCP performance and China health Service.

Leadership and Alignment across team

5) Be an integral part of the corporate risk management, work closely with internal functions, like Pfizer China Internal Control, Corporate Compliance, Legal and GEP – EMC function and Influence without direct authority in order to make best corporate compliance management strategy.

6) Deliver core Medical review principles/training via the appropriate channel to build communication model to make compliance need of commercial team

7) Coordinate corporate compliance team integration with sales system and manage overall compliance experience

Technical Skill Requirements

Strong business sense and market acumen

Multiple TA knowledge or clinical experience

Strong communication skill and influencing ability

Independently motivated with good problem-solving ability and excellent attention to detail

Proficient in both verbal and writing in English

Qualifications (i.e., preferred education, experience, attributes)

Education

Bachelor’s medical science degree required

MBA, MS or other relevant advanced degree preferred

Experience

2+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech company with well understanding operational model of MNC in China, Experience in clinic is plus

2+ years working experience in Medical Affairs/ MSL, Clinical Research, Drug Safety/PV, Patient Education with well understanding of the practices of China medical and health care.

Experience in medical review and handling of education grant and relevant medical programs plus.

Experience in marketing or Clinical Research plus.
