Job Description:

? Supervise QC staff in arranging inspection schedule to ensure inspection cost will not exceed the QC monthly inspection budget

? PSI review and shipment approval

PSI审核和出货批准

? Discuss any quality issue to the supplier that the QC inspector raised on the PSI report

与供应商讨论质量检验员在PSI报告中提出的任何质量问题

? Generate necessary action plan to prevent any complaint from the product end-user

制定必要的行动计划，防止产品最终用户的抱怨

? Perform factory audit and assessment for new and existing supplier

对新供应商和现有供应商进行工厂审核和评估

? Review, assess and approve supplier’s CAR (Corrective Action Report)

审核、评估和批准供应商的CAR(纠正措施报告)

? Perform other task that the QC Manager and or General Manager may assign

执行QC经理和总经理交办的其他任务

Qualification and Requirements:

? Must be a graduate of any Engineering discipline

工科专业背景

? Strong analytical background in manufacturing industry

? Able to investigate and create necessary action plan on how to improve the product quality base on customer feedback

? In-depth knowledge in performing factory audit and assessment

? Technical background in commercial electrical products is a plus

? Proven problems solving skill

? Proficient in PC application and MS Office software

? Can able to work with the team to achieve common goal
