Role Summary: The Lead Engineer demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
Essential Responsibilities: In charge for GIS/AIS localization and specific engineering design base on customer requirements

• In charge for drawings and documents transferred from Design Authorities unit.
• Defined critical requirements for parts, support SQE and sourcing for sample manufacture
• Sample approval
• Prototype validation test program defined and report after test
• Prototype assembly
• Production support during mass production
• Support quality department for non-conformance's
• Competence to design for specific customer requirement
• Support Engineering and tendering

Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree of mechanical engineering or High Voltage technology.

• Has material know how and manufacture process of machining, casting, forging, welding, heat treatment, surface treatment
• Has High Voltage know how, Dielectric know how.
• Know operation of Pro-E or other mechanical software.
• Knowledge of the domestic environment.
