1. Manage daily equipment maintenance of production machines, Daily workshop tour with the production department to analyze machine problems and to decide on maintenance priorities.
Ensure that the equipment is always in good-shape.
Ensure proper documentation of all the equipments.
Compile spare parts purchase plan.
Solve and document the electrical troubles in time.
TPM comprehensive production maintenance.
2. Provide direction on design and development activities to improve, modify, or design new equipment products and processes.
3. Lead and coach subordinates, help them to improve their technical skills
4.Work closely with providers, manufacturers and our internal departments to achieve higher level of quality and objective in on time
5. Support quality and production requirements by deploying engineering resources to maximum benefit
6.Fulfil other tasks arranged by superiors
