部门介绍：该部门主要为汽车发动机工厂提供化学品管理服务，为客户提供综合的产品、设备和服务方案，使之符合EHS的要求，持续改进工艺过程，提高生产率和改进产品质量。工作地点均为客户的工厂。此岗位主要服务北京奔驰发动机厂项目。

职位: Site Electrical Engineer

汇报对象: Site Manager

Job Responsibilities:

工作职责:

1. Identify and report production related problems

2. Leads the equipment troubleshooting and solve problems

3. Management and training of Technicians

4. Work with Site Manager to develop and implement projects

5. Work with customer personnel to troubleshoot daily problems

6. Maintain sufficiency plans for all projects

7. Improve PM & TPM plan and document record

8. Maintain spare parts list and inventory for equipment

9. Ensure electrical work safety

10. Cooperate to build up maintenance system with Site Manager and respected OEM’s

11. Identify and estimate EHS’s ingredient in department. Keep controlling and enhancing EHS performance

Safety & Occupational Health and Environmental Protection Responsibilities:

1. Active participation all SHE trainings to gain knowledge and improve awareness;

2. Following the SHE requirements both in Quaker and customer site;

3. Execute SHE procedures of company; Report accident / incident / near miss timely / unsecure situations incidents;

4. Wear PPE as requirements

5. Coordinate for accident report, investigation and deal with it.

6. Execute SHE procedures both in Quaker and customer site.

Qualification:

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree in Electrical related major.

2. At least three years’ experience in PM & TPM, PLC programming experience is highly preferred.

3. Familiar with the electric work principle of waste water treatment system, deionized water equipment and transducer.

4. Being capable of editing the operation introduction of electrical work, and drawing/ analyzing/ judging electrical schematic’s independently

5. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, proficient computer skills.

6. Being able to work under pressure, independently.

7. Being self-motivated, highly discipline.
