This exciting role offers opportunity to: CVT machine and non-standard automation lines electrical trouble shooting, upgrade and maintenance System program upgrade and maintenance. Electrical safety improvement & action. Support supervisor for related program and electrical capability build up. Daily routine checking on production line and support equipment to ensure smooth operation. Perform troubleshooting and repairing work when machine breakdown. Assist machine relocation and installation. Perform general periodic maintenance. Assist in paperwork on daily maintenance works. Report health, safety and environmental accidents/incidents immediately to the supervisor of the affected area. Monitor significant health, safety and environmental aspects of their work activities and the benefits of improved. Other tasks assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical technology, electrical technology or a related field. Preferred over 5 years related metal machining working experience. Read, comprehend and apply company safety policies and procedures. Especially for A-B RSlogix- 500/5000 PLC software, Siemens S7-200/300/1200/1500 PLC software, FANUC or SIEMENS numerical control etc. Preferred independent mechanical or electrical design, and independently responsible for project Strong shop floor repairing knowledge as well.
