Electrical transfer activities

• Electrical drawing transfer and drawing management
• Electrical assembly training/documents transfer
• Electrical parts BOM preparation
• Electrical issue communication with EMAR MTC team

Electrical assembly activities

• Electrical assembly training in MTC
• Electrical assembly SOP drafting and issue
• Electrical assembly training for new technician
• Hands on and support for electrical assembly
• Electrical assembly quality management
• Electrical commissioning for each machine

Electrical design

• Electrical drawing and program design for new equipment based on customer requirements
• Electrical function improvement based on customer requirements
• Design concept communication with MTC
• Electrical parts model selection

Success Factors

• Complete monthly report as a presentation.
• Reporting personal KPIs in monthly report

Others

• HSE policy
• Support MMC team to complete relevant tasks
• Complete other temporary tasks assigned by MMC manager
• Support MMC manager to finish the electrical parts supplier sourcing
• Business trip support
• Support MMC manager to manage mechanical team

Knowledge Skills

• Over 3 years automatic equipment electrical &PLC design experience
• 2 years onsite electrical assembly experience
• Master of Siemens PLC S7-1200/1500 and EPLAN software
• Good English both oral and written
• Good communication ability both English and Mandarin
