Job Description
Role Summary: An Electrical Engineer learns the practical application of engineering principals and achieves expertise in Electrical Engineering as part of a team. The Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing electrical product/subsystem release solutions.

- Engaging in hardware lifecycle management, including solutions to obsolescence, verification of design solutions, improvement of manufacturing process, and cost out opportunities
- Identifying and developing new opportunities to leverage Strategic Sourcing objectives and Common Technology initiatives in the MR Product line
- Ensuring reliability, performance and delivery through supplier relationships
- Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
- Support compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/Program Deliverables
- Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible
- Minimum 3 years experiences on electronics R&D in healthcare, automation, instrumentation, or telecommunication industry
- Demonstrated technical depth in electrical design and mixed signal design
- Good capability on electrical design tools and simulation tools Cadence, Matlab, PSPICE, etc
- Working experience with PWA/PWB and subsystem design techniques for signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC circuit design and simulation tool experience
- Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task
- Excellent teamwork, coordination and communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership
- Ability to meet aggressive reliability, performance, cost, serviceability, and delivery targets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and global project experience
