How will you make an impact?
 
The Environmental & Process Monitoring (EPM) delivers best-in-class environmental monitoring and process systems, equipment, software, and services to meet customers' most demanding applications. This position will work with other R&D team member to implement, test, and validate PCBA or system. It also involves approval projects, documentation, PCBA layout check and other sustaining task to support other teams.
 
The candidate will have the opportunity to work with multi-disciplinary teams, advanced technology, complicate electrical systems for both Environmental gas analyzer and Process monitoring application.
 
What will you do?
 
  • PCBA design improvement or optimization regarding quality, costs, regulatory compliance and obsolescence issues
  • Coordinate the engineering team and agency to pursue required certificates for new products or feature updates, and support current product approval standard update or recertification
  • Test and troubleshoot hardware/systems, develop functional test fixtures, document test plans, procedures, results and analysis
  • Identify and evaluate replacement PCB components, specifications, testing, and analysis as needed
  • Provide engineering support for internal and external customers
  • All other duties as assigned

How will you get here?

Education 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
​Experience
  • 5 years minimum of electrical related experience
  • Experience with PCBA design input and layout
  • Hands-on experience with verification testing of HW, SW, and system, competency with industry tools and techniques for test and measurement
  • Experience with industrial certification
  • Experience with component library, BOM and life cycle control

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Industrial standards and requirements
  • Electrical design tool (Altium preferred) and electrical test equipment
  • Knowledge of electrical circuit/system and test principle
  • Positive learning attitude and desire to contribute to the team
  • Able to handle multi-tasking, manage deliveries and deadlines effectively
