Valmistuksen lisäksi Espoosta löytyy myös paljon muuta asiantuntijuutta tuotekehityksestä markkinointiin. Suomen parhaat UPS asiantuntijat ovat meillä töissä. Tehtävässä liityt osaksi tuotantoteknologian huipputiimiä, jossa pääset omien vahvuuksien ja mielenkiinnon mukaan keskittymään testereiden sähköisten testausjärjestelmien ylläpitoon ja kehitysprojekteihin. Industry 4.0 -teknologiat avaavat myös lisää mahdollisuuksia uusille haasteille omassa työssä. Tehtävä on hyvin monipuolinen ja mahdollistaa oman osaamisen kehittämisen tiimin sekä organisaation tukemana. Sähköinsinööri toimii Manufacturing Technology -tiimissä ja on läheisessä yhteistyössä mm. tuotannon, tuotekehityksen, laadun sekä muun toimitusketjun tukiorganisaatioiden kanssa. Tehtäviin kuuluvat mm. tekninen tuki sidosryhmille, erilaisten teknisten kehitysprojektien läpivienti yhteistyökumppaneiden kanssa, sähköturvallisuuskoulutusten pitäminen henkilöstölle, ongelmien ratkaisua ja uuden tehtaan suunnittelun tukemista.
