The Challenge:

工作复杂程度中等，日常工作需要与SHE、QA/QC、发酵、提取、研发、财务、仓储和采购等部门的沟通合作。

The Position:

• 负责公司仪表及自动化系统运行维护工作并组织相关员工的专业培训。
• 负责仪表自动化相关SOP标准操作程序等文件的编写、更新和培训工作。
• 负责新建及改造项目中电气仪表部分的技术方案的审核制定、安装指导、施工质量监督、IQ\OQ、调试验收等工作。
• 负责制定和执行全厂电气系统、仪表控制系统、厂区监控系统和消防控制报警系统的年度PPM 计划和相关预算。
• 负责仪电相关设备备件的申购和协助制定库存标准。
• 负责相关专业技术资料的文档管理。
• 负责用电消耗分析和优化改进措施，降低能源使用成本。
• 负责制定仪器仪表的定期校验计划和跟踪实施情况。
• 负责编制工厂仪器仪表设备台帐，制定合理的维护维修计划并跟踪其实施。
• 负责调查、分析和解决生产仪表自动化出现的故障，并制定合理化技改方案，提高设备可靠性。
• 严格执行公司的各项安保制度，如果有不清楚的地方进行汇报。
• 严格遵守LSR救生条例，为自己安全负责，并积极影响和监督管理他人，安全地进行工作。
• 在生产过程中发生的所有与SHE、安保及质量相关的问题，及时上报告并协同一起调查。
• 认真及时参加各项SHE、安保及质量相关培训。
• 接受公司安排的额外的工作或任务。
  

The Ideal:

• 仪电专业、仪表自控、等相关专业，大专及以上学历
• 5年及以上，化工、食品、生物等行业相关工作经验，有现场仪电设备管理经验。
• 熟悉电议设备选型。
• 严谨、认真，喜欢创新提高。
• 学习能力强，喜欢团队合作
• 良好的沟通和社交技能
• 人员管理技能
• 熟悉OFFICES办公软件及CAD绘图软件，熟悉西门子系列PLC编程和上位机组态
• 英语读写能力较好，可以进行简单的英语交流，愿意通过自身努力提高
