Job Title: Electrical & Instrumentation Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and supervise all on-site E&I installation with the installation company /owner, which comprises cable tray /cabinets /panels /instruments installation, cable pulling, wiring check, I/O check, start-up, commissioning, trouble-shooting, claim management , training and maintenance.

2. Act as an E&I construction manager within project teams, considering not only the technical skills of each person, but also the critical roles between team members, report project status to project management.

3. Represent Coperion at customer site professionally in order to achieve full customer satisfaction, monitor and control the processes performed to observe project execution and identify potential problems in a timely manner and take corrective action.

4. Follow project timetable, costs budget strictly to ensure successful, effective, high-quality accomplishment of project. Apply the EHS requirements on site. Follow-up open issues until completion of project

5. Archiving files and documents on server, post implementation review so that project members can learn from experiences and apply to future projects.

6. Promote spare parts and service agreements in conjunction with on-site activities

Requirements:

1.Graduated from College or above, majored in Electrical Engineering/ Automation with strong electrical background.

2. Having a good command of Siemens PLC touch screen and WinCC including software and hardware. Being familiar with frequency converters, such as ABB’s, Siemen’s. Can write and modify the PCS7 and S7 program according to the logic diagrams.

3. Good understanding of technical drawings such as P&ID, wiring diagram, logic diagram. Can read Chinese and English technical drawings and related specifications and standards.

4. Knowing normal industrial instruments well, such as pressure sensor, PTC, thermocouple, flow meter, level switch as well as load cell.

5. Be familiar with major Electrical construction /acceptance codes, such as automation instrumentation, cable, grounding connection and so on.

6.Above 5 years relevant working experience in site service for chemical/ petrochemical/plastics plants. Experience in feeding , conveying or extrusion system as well as project management are preferred.

7.Ability to independently analysis problems on site. Customer solutions shall be proposed and carried out in close communication with the Service and Order Handling department.

8.Strong communication skills, result-oriented and with team-spirited, initiative working attitude and high motivation.

9.Willingness to travel frequently, being able to work under difficult condition and be flexible to work overtime and on weekends.

10.Good Chinese and English communication skills, both in speaking and writing are mandatory.
