• Diploma or Higher Certificate or higher qualification in Building Services or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / technical institute / technical college or equivalent; and
• Attainment of language proficiency requirements of 'level 2' or above in Chinese and English Languages in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
• At least 8 years site experience for E&M works including 4 years post-qualification experience in the capacity of Assistant Electrical or Mechanical Inspector or equivalent;
• Work on Site.
