Position Overview We are looking for a Sales Specialist to be hired for our EP (Electrical Products) business in Athens / Greece. Via this role, you will become the trusted advisor that will assist our field-based resources and sales channel to drive awareness, and enablement within the industrial market. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the Sales Specialist is a member of the EP team that would assist the sales force to pursue market-based expansion, drive awareness, consult on projects and utilize Siemens Product master data along with our engineering software tools for further promotion of our portfolio to the market. Your Challenge Maximize and identify market opportunities in order to win new business, by exploiting Siemens tools and software solutions. Ability to design solutions, based on Siemens EP portfolio offerings Experience in low voltage electrical market Receives and supports requests from customers creating offerings and solutions based on EP portfolio Field based awareness and training for customers, partners, and channel as well as sales colleagues Coordination and collaboration with domestic and international colleagues for best practices sharing, updates, and training Research and ongoing knowledge expansion Up to 20% domestic travel required with possible international travel Target customer approach to be aligned with sales organization Provide pre-sales support for assigned portfolios for all sales channels What you need to bring with you Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in related discipline 3+ years of strong experience in Sales Engineering/ Sales Consulting Technical writing experience and presentation development Experience in electrical panels design tools Basic knowledge in Building/Industry Automation Knowledge in low voltage technology, in particular industrial controls and circuit protection Growth Mindset: Desire to continuous learning, comfortable with ambiguity, willingness to unlearn and relearn Results/ Goals orientation and self-motivation for personal and career development within a dynamic working environment Natural curiosity to collaborate with others, grow within a team and ask questions Self-starter with aggressive energy to accomplish assigned tasks on time Strong customer service orientation and problem solving Excellent time management, prioritization and problem-solving skills Good presentation skills, verbal and written communication abilities Good knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken What can we further offer?
