1. 严格执行电业安全工作规程、电气运行规程、电气操作规程、事故处理规程和相关的专业制度；

Be implement the safety work regulations of the electric industry, the electric operation and manipulation rules for SLIC’s electrical equipments, electrical accident treatment regulations for SLIC as well as other relevant professional policies.

2. 熟悉电气设备的规范、电气设备自动装置的工作原理、二次接线图、逻辑图、继电保护整定值等，在生产实践中不 断地总结经验教训，提高业务水平和工作能力；

Be familiar with the specifications of the electric equipment, the operating principles of the automatic devices of the electric equipment, secondary wiring diagrams, logical diagrams, relay protection setting point, etc., and should continuously draw experiences and lessons from their production practice, thus to improve their vocational level and working capacity.

3. 巡视电气设备运行的情况，确保电气设备在额定范围内运行及完好，对设备异常运行具备 正确及迅速处理的能力；

Make come-back inspections to carefully check the operation of the electric equipment, thus to ensure that such equipment operates within the rated ranges and is in good condition. The Electrician on duty should have the ability to correctly and rapidly handle abnormal operation conditions of the equipment.

4. 执行倒闸操作制度，负责电气设备的倒闸操作过程中的接令、复诵和操作工作，严禁发生误操作；

The Electrician should strictly carry out the switching operation rules, by which he is responsible for order acceptance, reiteration, and manipulation of the switching operation. Incorrect manipulation is forbidden.

5. 执行交接班制度，做好电气系统运行方式、设备停复役情况、设备变动、设备缺陷、安全措施以及日常工作的交接工作；

Implement the shift relief procedures, and should correctly perform handing-over of operation modes of the distribution systems, shutdown of equipment and its resumption of operation, changes and defects of the equipment, safety measures, as well as other routine content of hand over and take over.

6. 负责落实工作票、操作票中的安全措施，做好在电气设备上工作时的许可和终结手续，并进行全过程的安全和质量监护。

Be responsible to take the safety measures provided by the Work Permit Ticket and Operation Permit Ticket. When someone is to work on the electric equipment connected with the power system, the Electrician should transact relevant permission and termination procedures, and should perform safety and quality supervision during the whole work process.

7. 熟悉事故处理规程，掌握事故应急处理时的能力。在处理电气系统和设备事故时，应冷静、有序地进行，严防止事故扩大，并尽快恢复设备正常运行。

Be familiar with the procedure of the accident treatment regulations and should have the ability for emergent accident response. The accidents of the electric system and equipment should be treated calmly and orderly, thus to prevent spread of the accident, and to restore normal operation of the equipment as early as possible.

8. 做好变电所的四防一通工作（防风、防雨雪、防高温、防小动物和良好通风），控制好变电所的环境温度和湿度，使电气设备安稳运行；

The Four Preventions and One Ventilation (i.e. Prevention against wind, prevention against rain and snow, prevention against high temperature, prevention against intrusion of small animals, and good ventilation) works of the sub-stations should be implemented and ambient temperature and humidity should be well adjusted to ensure the safe and stable operation of the electric equipment.

9. 负责保管公用图纸、规程、检修报告、设备动态记录及日常用具和器具；

Be responsible to keep public drawings, regulations, test and overhaul reports, dynamic operating records of equipment, as well as daily-used instruments and safety protecting equipment.

10. 密切与工艺、机械、仪表等相关专业人员的日常工作的沟通，促进电气工作。

Communicate in the daily work with the personnel of relevant professions such as the process, mechanics and instrument personnel, thus to promote electrical works for Electricians.
