Position Description: Technical and Commercial Project Coordinator

This full-time position is to provide general sourcing and purchasing services. The individual will work directly with the Account Managers located overseas and will report directly to the Managing Director China.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Source and qualify, select and recommend appropriate suppliers in terms of pre-established factors by B&A such as their financial status, product development and innovation capacity, etc
• Analyzing and interpreting data
• Development of projects overseeing the technical aspects of the products, services and/or solutions. This includes:
o Preparing and agreeing project specification, and schedules
o Developing and implementing designs
o Initial project development with our RAIDEN teams in their different locations
o Passing of information and support throughout all technical development stages with our suppliers, clients, partners and/or RAIDEN teams
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance of the products within our lines of business
o Testing, evaluating, modifying and re-testing products
• Oversee all problems that may come up in the supply chain to have timely solutions in order not to cause quality, price or delivery modifications
• Conduct supplier visit to evaluate their overall manufacturing capabilities, procedures and social awareness issues

The successful candidates will posses the following:

• Degree or certificate of study in electrical related areas that can provide an overall knowledge within the energy field
• 2 + years of work experience in related areas in China.
• Responsible – Have a very strong sense of duty and accountability
• Ability to control and work under great amount of stress
• Initiative – Share their opinion and participate to improve issues that need improvement
• Confident and Outgoing
• Time management skills
• Methodological – Have a perfect understanding of the supply chain and organize itself to meet all the requirements in a timely and cost effective manner

• University Degree
• Good English skills (oral, reading and writing)

Working offer:
• Trail Period: At this stage we want to do a trial test for a period of 3 months to confirm if the individual can properly handle the responsibilities demanded for the position. After the successful completion of these three months we will offer the individual a full legal position with in the company.
• Remuneration for services: During the trial three month period we will provide a 5000RMB service fee per month
• Commissions: For every project closed we will provide depending on the amount of the project a high % success commission which will no less than one month Service Fee
