Our team responsible for electrical validation of DDR interface at system level which includes: enabling, optimization and debug of analog circuits and training algorithms.

We works close to design on enabling new features and memory technologies (DDR5/LPDDR5) at maximal possible data rates.

  • Responsibilities

This role requires good understanding of electrical circuit as well as basic understanding of Machine Learning and/or statistics   

  • Developing data analytics solution used for Electrical Validation and System/Silicon debug.  You will Design, Implement, deploy and maintain data analytic tool

    Co-work with other team members with focus on: data analysis reports and new features for tool development

    Utilize the tool to identify and debug problems

    Familiarize with DDR interface standards and circuits


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • Basic statistical or Machine Learning background
  • Basic understanding of Object Oriented programming
  • Understanding of Basic Circuit (for example: RLC, diode and transistors)

 

  • Advantage:
    • Ability to perform basic data cleaning, transformation and modeling in Python using standard libraries (Pandas, Numpy, Sklearn)
    • Ability to perform basic operations with DBs such as SQL/Mongo
    • Background in classical Machine Learning algorithms (PCA, Tree based algorithms, etc.)
    • High Speed Interconnect/Signal Integrity and analog circuits knowledge
    • Ability to program in C
