Responsibilities
In this role you will focus on Electrical Validation and System/Silicon debug to ensure firmware and compliance are meeting customer requirements, quality targets and design specification.
1. Develop electrical validation environment and tests for the following DDR technologies: LPDDR4/5 and DDR4/5.
2. Develop and implement training and optimization algorithms in order to make sure that system is working at optimal point in term of: System Marginality Validation (SMV), Signal Integrity, Power consumption and performance.
3. Responsible for methodologies development, validation test plans execution and debug failures. You will work close to Architecture, Design and Pre-silicon Validation teams in improving post-silicon tests content and providing feedback for future on-die debug features for coming products with new DDR technologies/higher data rates.
4. Develop statistical models to predict electrical failures
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Hands-on lab/debug experience with measurement and debug tools such as high-end technology equipment- Advantage
- Ability to program in any programming languages such as C, Python and Matlab - advantage
- High Speed Interconnect/Signal Integrity and analog circuits knowledge - advantage
