Primary Responsibilities主要职责 

• To respond to job assignments in the repairing, installation, preventive maintenance and day to day operation of all electrical power distribution & lighting system so as to maintain  the system in a most efficient and optimum condition.
• To inspect all electrical systems and make operation status records as per inspection list.To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer. To constantly assess the preventive maintenance schedule, method of maintenance, to ensure that equipment longevity, avoidance of repairs and down time, ease of operation and efficiency are all being maximized pursuant to manufacturing recommendations.
• To maintain tools and equipment properly and keep the workplace cleans and tidy.
• To perform shift and overtime duties when necessary.
• To coordinate with property and electrical bureau for power switching and annual inspection and instruments calibration.                   
• 电工要及时进行维修，安装，预防维护，负责日常配电和灯光照明系统运行情况，保证设备在高效和经济的运行状态。
• 按照工作检查表检查强电设备运行情况并做好记录工作。维修和上报设备运行缺陷，不寻常的运行情况和安全隐患。经常回顾预防维修检查表和维护方式，保证设备长期稳定的运行，避免紧急修理和故障停机，同时保证安全运行、以及根据生产手册高效运行。
• 保持维修工具、设备和工作区域的清洁。
• 开展本班次工作和必要时延时工作。
• 做好酒店和电业局的协调工作，保证酒店电力转换，年检和设备检定工作。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

• Good knowledge and hand on skills of electrical system operation, repair and maintenance.
• Technical vocational institute training in general electrical systems repairs & maintenance.
• Min2 years working experience in electrical system preferably with hospitality industry.                                                                          
• 良好强电知识和全面掌握电力设备运行，维修和维护技能。
• 正规电力职业学校毕业，专业掌握电力系统维修和维护知识。持有电工证。
• 至少2年在酒店做电工的工作经验。
