Electrician Technician /AV Technician

 Primary Responsibilities主要职责

• Obey hotel policies and procedures. Assist the supervisor in ensuring that hotel electrical system running smoothly.
• To repair and maintain electrical equipment according to the operation rules.
• To do preventive maintenance for electrical equipment according to the schedule. Take action immediately if any malfunction was found.
• To be familiar with hotel electrical system, knows how to operate hotel equipment.
• Check hotel electrical equipment regularly and take record.

• 认真执行饭店有关规章制度，协助主管负责管理酒店内电气系统的维修保养并保证其正常运行。
• 严格按照操作规程，负责全酒店电气系统设备的安全运行、日常维护。
• 定期做好各种运行设备的维修保养工作。对巡检中发现的问题要立即抢修，清除隐患，确保维修质量。
• 熟悉掌握酒店供电方式，线路去向，设备技术性能和实际操作方法。
• 坚持巡检制度，有计划地对各种电气系统运行情况进行认真检查，掌握该系统及其设备的运行状况，做好巡检记录。

• To receive and follow up all repair and job orders according to the work procedure.

• Report to the captain or supervisor immediately if any repairing requests can't be repaired in time and beyond his capacity.
• Give comments and suggestions to update some equipment, assist captain/supervisor to install and test the new equipment.

• 值班维修电工必须接受值班室的运行调度和工作指令，并按照工作程序及时准确地完成维修任务。
• 值班维修电工接受值班室的运行调度和工作指令，并按照工作程序及时、准确地完成维修任务。
• 值班维修电工负责对紧急维修进行处理，个人能力无法排除故障时，根据情况通知运行主管及运行领班。
• 按经营需要提出更新改造设备的合理化建议并配合主管、领班负责水暖设备设施的选型选购，协助安装调试验收使用。
