职位描述

Propose目的：

Responsible for shift maintenance of packaging equipment, ensure machine reliability, and meet targets on machine efficiency and shift output, support continuous improvement on machine reliability and all technical and GMP changes including equipment qualification and validation. 负责包装设备的倒班维护，确保设备可靠性、设备效率及实现班产目标。负责设备可靠性的持续性改进，包括技术变更和GMP变更，设备确认和验证。

Key Tasks工作内容：

1. Responsible for on-line standby maintenance and troubleshooting during shift to ensure machine running well to meet targets on shift output, product quality and machine efficiency via close collaboration with related departments including production operators.

负责当班设备在线维护和故障解决，确保设备运转可靠，与相关部门包括生产操作工紧密合作，实现设备效率、产品质量和当班产量目标。

2. Responsible for collecting machine breakdown data / information during shift, and do root cause analysis and make CAPA(Corrective Action and Preventive Action) with team to improve machine reliability.

对当班设备故障数据进行收集和原因分析，与团队一起研讨制订纠正措施和预防措施，有效提高设备可靠性。

3. Responsible for developing FMEA(Failure Mode Effect Analysis) risk analysis according to maintenance experience and machine performance, optimize and execute PM(Preventive maintenance) regularly based on FMEA result and machine status.

基于维护经验和设备性能发展设备的失效模式和影响分析(FEMA)，并基于FEMA结果和设备状态，优化和定期执行预防维护计划。

4. Responsible for life cycle management of machine spare parts based on breakdown records and data analysis.

基于设备故障记录和数据分析，制订备件寿命周期。

5. Responsible for continuous improvement of machine reliability based on route cause analysis and maintenance experience summary; Take care change management including both technical and GMP, support equipment qualification and validation.

基于故障原因分析和在线维护经验，持续性提高设备可靠性；负责技术和GMP变更，支持设备确认和验证。

6. Responsible for maintaining SAP/FAM system to ensure all maintenance data are recorded correctly and can be tracked well.

负责SAP/FAM 系统的记录，确保所有维护数据都有记录和可追踪。

7. Responsible for following up GMP requirement strictly, ensure all maintenance records/document/data integrity.

严格执行GMP要求，确保所有维护记录、文件和数据的完整性。

8. Responsible for following up HSE requirement strictly, identify and avoid the HSE risks in maintenance environment with team efforts to ensure safety environment and zero accident target.

严格执行HSE 要求，与团队一起识别并避免各种维修环境下的HSE风险，确保安全和零事故。

任职条件

Qualification & Competency职位要求：

1. Automation/Electrical discipline related, graduated from college above, more than 5 years equipment maintenance experience, having strong practical ability;

自动化、电气相关专业，大专以上学历，三年以上维护工作经验，动手能力强;

2. Self-motivated, independent working under high pressure, 3 shifts change work; Packaging maintenance experience in Pharmaceutical are preferable;

独立思考，自我激励，能够在一定压力下工作，三班倒，有药厂包装维护经验者优先;

3. Clear logic and strong ability to handle complexity and give solutions;

较强的逻辑思维能力，能够分析处理复杂的故障，快速解决问题;

4. Good communication skill, and good English skill in written

良好的沟通能力，与英语读写能力
