We proceed with purchase orders, file the vendor data in systems, prepare and realize tenders, e-auctions etc. In the eSourcing team we are supporting strategic buyers and commodity managers from other divisions in order to reduce price of goods and services which Siemens needs to purchase. Electronic Auctions and electronic Requests for Quotation (RFQ) are used as a part of negotiation. In our team we are consulting the best strategies with the buyers and managers, preparing the Auctions in an online tool and communicating with the suppliers. What will you do? • design and coordinate electronic Auctions / electronic Request for Quotations in a specialized tool • communicate with strategic buyers from Siemens companies in Europe and USA • train the suppliers over the phone and them in order to ensure smooth progress of the auction • file and report the electronic Auctions What we expect from you? • English and German on a communicative level • Previous experience with procurement, eSourcing and/or customer service are a plus but not mandatory • MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Working independently, time management and good prioritization skills and customer focus and positive attitude We will grant you proper training, support and we will grow your work experience.
