1. 主要职责 Main Responsibility:

1）领导跨学科电子开发团队，包括硬件、软件和电子测试方面的成员；

Lead interdisciplinary electronics development team including members from hardware, software and electronics testing etc.

2）皮尔博格机电产品的电子规划与实现（从采集阶段到系列生产）；

Planning and realization of electronics for Pierburg mechatronic products from the acquisition phase to series production.

3）确保电子产品符合质量、时间和成本目标 ；

Keep the electronics development in line with quality, timing and cost targets.

4）使用DOORS和Enterprise Architect定义和制定电子设备要求和电子架构；

Define and create electronics requirements and electronics architecture with DOORS and Enterprise Architect.

5） 负责电子设备的风险、变更和配置管理；

Responsible for electronics risk- , change- and configuration management .

6）与内部其他部门、客户和开发服务（EDS）的沟通交流；

Interface to internal departments, customers, and development services (EDS).

7） 协调电子产品开发活动，与诺伊斯 /德国的中央电子公司的本地团队和总部合作 ；

Coordination and alignment of electronics development activities with local team and headquarter of Central Electronics in Neuss/Germany.

8）完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务。

Undertake tasks assigned by leaders.

2. 上岗条件 Qualification:

1）本科及以上 Bachelor degree or above

2）机电工程、机电一体化或相关专业

Electrical engineering, mechatronic or similar

3）至少3年汽车行业工作经验

Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive field

具有批量生产电子产品的系列开发经验

Experience in series development of electronic products for mass production

4）熟悉ISO/IEC 15504-5和ISO 26262

Good knowledge of ISO/IEC 15504-5 and ISO 26262

良好的需求管理知识

Good knowledge of requirements management

了解EC和DC电机的控制策略

Understanding of control strategies for EC and DC motors

熟悉汽车行业的EMC要求

Good knowledge of EMC requirements in the automotive industry

熟悉CAN和LIN等车辆的通信系统

Good knowledge of communication systems in vehicles such as CAN and LIN

熟练应用MS办公软件

Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft Project

5）良好英语沟通能力

Good English communication skills

能适应国外出差数月（员工培训）

Able to travel several months abroad for training
