General Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related field with a minimum of 4-5 years working experience.

• Solid experience with Analogue and Digital Electronics;

• Experience in several of the following areas: LED-illumination, Micro-processor & Micro-controller system design, laser driver electronics, stepper motor control circuits and micro stepping, power supplies & DC/DC converter integration, camera (area & line) electronics (CCD, CMOS), cable design for hig frequency signals, designing for safety compliance (IEC 60601-1), knowledge of PCB manufacturing;

Key Tasks:

• Create and maintain project documents for manufacturing, eg: Manufacturing Strategy, Validation, P-FMEA…

• Execute Production Validations.

• Design or qualify the electrical tools/test equipment, and make sure they are in successful delivery is preferred.

• Supporting production, failure analysis of products that from line and field. Participate in working out corrective actions and preventive actions.

• Provide Supplier technical support to improve the material quality.

• Support RD and sustaining engineer to build prototype and provide production related experience.

Make the assembly Strategy; Create work instruction and provide technical training to operators; Maintain production BOM and set up standard work time in SAP.
