This exciting role offers opportunity to: As communication window with external/ internal customers - Lead the NPI process and ensure new products launched on schedule. Assist manager to complete RFQ for new products. Implement the circuit analysis, conduct troubleshooting and debug Contacts supplier and solve engineering problem of material. Follow up ECN implementation, until the ECN is closed. Organizes team to find the VA/VE saving opportunity and Plan/implement/achieve the saving target. Response to evaluate new material. Collect Lesson Learn and providing necessary training to co-worker and others. Other tasks assigned by superior/Manager. Qualifications Requirement: College or above graduate in Electronical Engineering or Electronical relative 5+ years relevant experience, Preferable with electronic products R&D or manufacturing experience Good communication skills; Problem solving skills Good English skill of speaking / reading / Writing Computer knowledge: must be good at Offices, and it will be a plus that be familiar with AutoCAD, Pro/Engineering, SAP; Yes!
