Based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, the successful applicant will join a young, international and dynamic team dedicated to developing the Native Union Brand.   

We are now seeking a young talent in Electronic Engineering to join our Product Development team here at NATIVE UNION. 

Your Role

Reporting to the Senior Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager, support the Product Development and Quality Department in testing USB chargers, Qi wireless phone chargers, power banks, cables and other consumer electronics in our Wanchai office. 

Our Expectations

• Engineering student in the field of electronic engineering or similar technical specialisation
• NO graduate is expected
• Able to perform simple hand-soldering and make simple test circuits
• Able to research required knowledge independently and come up with simple, innovative solutions for the measurement task
• Able to summarize findings in clear reports
• Independent, well-organized and willing to take challenges
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer skills including MS applications
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Mandarin is an advantage (to communicate with factory engineers)
• Interest/Experience in VBA/script programming and/or simple robotics is an advantage
• Access to university lab equipment for more detailed analysis/testing is an advantage
