1) Teaching: deliver courses for students.
2) Research: conduct research in physics-related fields; publish at least 2 SCI paper per year as the first or corresponding author; apply for provincial- or ministerial-level projects or above; supervise or assist in supervising of 2 postgraduate students per year.
3) Discipline construction: participate in the development of the electronic science and technology teaching and research program.
4) Public management & service: provide public services according to the requirements and the arrangement of the College and the department.
