Job Responsibilities

Analyzing and assessing customer requirement , identify the function gap between Customer requirement and thecurrent Delphi system implementation for below technical areas: Serial Diagnostic communication or electronic
hardware architecture.

• Developing the Serial Diagnostic communication specification or ECM electronics hardware

architecture specification, Design appropriate algorithm in Communication or
HWIO layer to meet customer requirement.

Verifying
and validating hardware or software , ensure the functionality and quality.

Become the functional expert in Serial
Communication or Electronic Hardware architecture , Applies the expertise
on complex components or projects with minimal supervision. Leads small
projects or portions of large projects.

Analysis
S/W defect and debug S/W issues, find root cause. Give the solution to improve
functionality or fix issues.

Keep
contact with global System team, on algorithm design, issue report and
technical review.

• Bachelor

degree or above

• Demonstrates

depth of knowledge of engineering expertise in one or more of following areas: internal combustion engine ECM Electronic
Hardware design (Gasoline or Diesel, Natural Gas Engine, 48V hybrid system
electrical/electronic hardware arch,
Electrical Vehicle) Or Vehicle
diagnostic Communication system(UDS（ISO14229，15765，15031）, SAE J1939，GMLAN， XCP).

• Strong

technical knowledge about ECU Micro-processors and key ASICs, profound
knowledge of key components, e.g. sensors ,
actuators and subsystems: GDI ,
Common-Rail , VVT, Hybrid, aftertreatment…

• Certain knowledge about algorithm development and C language
• Results

Orientated attitude, Strong
analytical and problem solving skills

• Willing to continuously learn new technologies
• Fluent

in English and Mandarin. At least C class driver license
