Responsibilities:

• Electronic product design and development using micro-controllers.
• Freedom to develop new and innovative ideas to provide effective and reliable products for our customers.
• Analogue and digital designs including low power microprocessors and microcontrollers.
• Firmware programming using assembly, C and/or C++ languages for 8, 16, or 32 bit microcontrollers.
• Liaising with the UK / US team to help shape product development roadmaps.
• Liaising with our manufacturing team to helping bring products through to successful completion.

Requirements:

• Some relevant experience in IOT product design.
• Good knowledge of analogue and digital design.
• Knowledge of Linux programming for embedded microcontrollers is an advantage.
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Analytical problem solver, detail-minded and able to work on own initiative.
• Experience in PCB layouts and prototype troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Reliable and responsible with a mature attitude to work and career.
• Good spoken and written English.
