1. The function is responsible for the product design and project management，the candidate must have a clearly mindset of design quality, cost and on-time delivery, lead to solve the unknown technical issues-electronic & magnetic & thermal.

2. Efficient and effective teamwork is needed for notable contribution to customer satisfaction and finally for the achievement of company and sales targets.

Permanent Activities

1.Product design - focus on electronic & magnetic & thermal design and calculation.

Define the test items, to assure the test & measurement accordingly is commitment to product specification.

Use engineering methodology to analysis the test data, solve the technical issues.

2. Project management – following IPD process

3. Technical support to customer through TCS engineer and production through industrial engineering engineer.

4. Temporary tasks from superior managers

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years in design engineering

2. Sharp in at least one key core competency – analog or mixed electronic, magnetic, thermal design

3. One of below strong experience

• EMC design & test experience
  

• Experience on using DFMEA systematically
  

• EN 50178 or EN 50155 knowledge

4. Bachelor degree, major in electronic or related

5. Able to communicate in English
