2. Having the ability to cheer up the classroom and move students from interest to quality

4. Completing the teaching task with help from TA

Qualifications required:

 Bachelor's degree or above from U.S. U.K. Australian and Canadian Universities, TEFL, ESL, or TESOL certificate holder is preferred
 Have at least one year teaching experience（relevant experience in elementary school teaching preferred）
 Patient, easy-going, with strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational skills and teamwork spirit

Compensation & Benefits
 Salary will be based on education and teaching experience(7,000RMB to 10,000RMB)
 A Work (Z) Visa will be provided
