Job Overview

The Elite Support Coordinator is a member of the Elite Support Operations team focused on optimizing DTNA product distribution network (Freightliner and Western Star dealers) through the implementation of Elite Support criteria, Continuous Improvement tools, and benchmark processes. The primary objective is to lead day to day operations of the Elite Support initiative. The primary objective of this position will be to coordinate and execute all Elite Support classes, special events, and various projects. Establish effective communication process to work closely with the Elite Support Mangers, DTNA Field Managers, and Dealers to provide a superior Customer Experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee logistics and planning for multiple training classes, team meetings, and other various events


- Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met


- Manage multiple dealer inboxes to provide assistance to the Elite Support network


- Conduct pre and post event surveys, analyze results, and report out to Elite Support Team


- Create email correspondences, post event articles, and other on demand write-ups as needed


- Provide support for the creation, deployment, and maintenance of programs that help create a culture of continuous improvement in the distribution network.


- Assist in creation of network interfaces to improve dealer collaboration


- Manage Purchase Order process for various vendors across entire Elite

- Support Initiative


- Process all dealer credits in a timely manner


- Monitor, consolidate, and present monthly network KPIs

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related from an accredited university/college required

- An attached resume is required

-  MS Office Proficiency required


- Proven Experience as Event Planner/Organizer required


- Highly organized, agile and adaptable to process changes required


- Continuous Improvement Experience preferred

- PMP Certification preferred

- Travel up to 40-50% required
