Job Description
We are a tennis company offering professional tennis courses based in Hong Kong. We are seeking candidates with high caliber to fill the Elite Tennis Coach Postion
Duties:
- Curriculum planning and lesson planning for the 10 and under tennis program, the junior elite program, and the adult recreational program.
- candiates with background in cardio tennis would be preferrable
- Prepare students for competitions and cultivate their passion for tennis
- Organize workshops, clinics, camps, and exchange tours for the students to familiarize them with the knowledge of tennis around the world
- Consistently provide constructive feedback for the improvement of the programs
- Conduct group and private lessons, along with other coaches, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Promote company courses and products to achieve sales target
- Engage in weekly meetings to update students’ progress
- Proactively plan for students development and improvement
Requirement:
- Possess a valid level 3 or level 2 tennis coaching license from a reputed international or local tennis licensing organization such as USTA, ITF etc.
- Have extensive experiences in curriculum planning and coaching children, teenagers, and adults.
- Track record of coaching elite tennis players is preferable
- Have a cheerful, fun and dynamic personality, outgoing character and is a team player
- International experience preferable Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experiences.
- Candidates with less experiences will be considered as assistant elite tennis coach.
- Full-time and part-time positions are available.
