Primary Responsibilities主要职责

• Stock food items neat in shelves and fridges.
• Keep the section that he is assigned to in.
• Good working order. 
• Must be an example of the Sofitel Values, brand standards, and a champion of grooming and appearance guidelines.
• All Ambassadors are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstance.

• 把食品整齐摆放在货架上和冰箱内。
• 保持本部门工作场地干净、整齐。
• 根据标准的烹饪方法在制作。
• 必须作为索菲特价值、品牌标准和仪容仪表的优秀典范。 
• 所有大使在工作中都被要求遵守直接主管所发出的一切合理要求，并且遵循、完成工作。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

• Minimum of 3 years five star hotel kitchen working experience, preferably in the luxury setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.

• 必须有3年以上酒店餐厨房经验，奢华酒店尤佳
• 积极主动并具有团队精神
