Emerging Markets Business Development Manager
Building off Anker’s success in the developed markets of North America, Europe and
Japan, we’re looking to expand our sales coverage to emerging markets. Your job is
to formulate and execute the market entry strategy: Everything from understanding
the local consumer to identifying and developing partnerships with distributors and
retailers.
Job Description
● Appraise the markets in your geographic region and prioritize them based on
sales potential.
● Conduct competitive analysis of your region’s market.
● Identify and pursue distribution channel leads — building long­term
partnerships with channels that have advantageous coverage.
● Define the product, pricing and promotion strategy for your region.
● Be the voice of the client to the internal ops team — working with ops to
ensure ontime delivery of orders.
● Meet quarterly sales quotas.
Job Requirements
● Demonstrated experience in generating sales leads.
● Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
● Target market native speaker; strong written and verbal skills in both English
and Mandarin Chinese prefered.
● Strong communicator and team­player. Natural leader able to help each team
member reach their full potential and achieve superior performance while
pursuing a common goal.
● Outstanding consumer, product, and marketing strategy abilities. Creative
and logical thinker.
● Strong cross cultural skills.
● At least 3 years related experience; Consumer electronic brand sales
experience will be preferred.
● Bachelor Degree or above.
