The two years consists of 4 challenging assignments. You’ll work within 3 divisions and 1 corporate department. You will experience the variety of roles you can play in the company based on your skills and areas of interest. • At the start of the program you’ll be assigned a personal mentor with whom you’ll decide a program schedule to determine the direction of your career path. • Our training landscape will provide you with all the basics you need for a successful start as a Leader, Engineer, Corporate or Commercial success in our organization. Who should apply? Majors: Recent graduates from all Engineering backgrounds, Legal, Business, Economics, Finance, EHS, Communications and Human Resources Management. Graduation Date: Recent graduate from local or foreign educational institutions, graduation period cannot exceed more than 1-year post graduation (Bachelors or Masters) from the date of examination. Experience: This program is an entry level talent program, so we require maximum 1-year- experience post-graduation. What else we are looking for? We are looking for innovative and inquisitive Emirati candidates that demonstrate the following: • You hold a family book • You think logically, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving • You can work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change • You enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions • You have ability to develop relationships with both internal and external customers. • You are able to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
